Another Breakfast Post, Not Toast

Breakfast. Not peanutbutter toast. This is big news.

All I knew this morning was I wanted more of last night’s cilantro-lime heaven. And it’s a heavy lifting day. Quality fuel required.

Scrambled eggs (1 whole, 2 whites), 1/2 avocado, tomato, sea salt, pepper, cilantro-lime crema, in a 100 calorie whole wheat and flax wrap. With coffee. Always with coffee.
