What I’ve Been Eating Lately

Nothing too interesting from this kitchen, lately. Busy schedules, personal lives, and house-projects eat up a lot of time and energy. Still, convenience can be done healthfully and within a budget.


I added the avocado. So. Good.


Snack time!


This was amazing. Indoor BBQ pulled pork. Took 7 hours + a few tears. Worth it. Recipe at America’s Test Kitchen. I am a good wife. Usually. Well, that day I was.


Grilled corn.


“Leftovers” salad: grilled chicken breast, grilled zucchini, sunflower seeds, field greens, and hummus.


Avocado, sea salt, scrambled eggs. Heaven.


And water. Lots of water

Ok, coffee too. And an occasional beer.

There’s no excuse for not eating real food, folks. Deal.
